WCARES Communications Guide now available
We now have a great communications guide that outlines some very valuable tips and precepts for ARES operations. I've added the list to the list of permanent links on the right column of this page. You can also get it in PDF format or as an editable Microsoft Word document.

Emergency equipment list added
WCARES AEC Bob Schumann KG2BC put together a great list of suggestions for your emergency "go bag". His list includes a lot of things you've probably thought of (radios, batteries, and the like) and some things you probably haven't considered as essential. I've added the list to the list of permanent links on the right column of this page. You can also get it in PDF format or as an editable Microsoft Word document.
